Job Summary
Bevatel is seeking a proactive Community Engagement & Outreach Specialist to build and nurture our professional communities primarily on LinkedIn. Youll be the voice of our brand sparking meaningful conversations fostering connections and turning engagement into valuable relationships and opportunities.
Responsibilities:
- Cultivate Online Communities: Manage and optimize professional LinkedIn accounts to build rapport and foster genuine connections.
- Initiate Engaging Conversations: Craft personalized messages to spark dialogue and build relationships with key decision-makers.
- Expand Community Reach: Strategically grow our network by connecting with ideal profiles and influencers.
- Develop Engaging Content: Create short compelling content to inform inspire and encourage community interaction.
- Monitor & Analyze Engagement: Track community health sentiment and growth using relevant tools.
- Collaborate for Impact: Work with Marketing Sales and Product to align community efforts with broader goals and gather insights.
- Report on Growth: Track and report on community growth engagement metrics and qualitative feedback.
Requirements
Requirements:
- Proven experience in building and engaging online communities especially on LinkedIn.
- Strong conversational copywriting skills in English and Arabic.
- Excellent communication interpersonal and active listening skills.
- Ability to manage multiple profiles and engagement sequences.
- Highly organized empathetic and passionate about connecting with people.
