Job Summary

Digital Commerce Hub Joint Stock Company is an enterprise operating in the e-commerce sector headquartered at No. 21 Street 63 Thanh My Loi Ward Thu Duc City Ho Chi Minh City.

With a team of 100 to 300 employees the company focuses on developing solutions and platforms that support businesses in building managing and optimizing their online operations.

Digital Commerce Hub aims to become a trusted strategic partner in the digital transformation journey of Vietnamese enterprises.

Tasks

Translate pre-written templates (messages emails response scripts) from Vietnamese/English into Spanish;
Ensure translations are natural polite and context-appropriate for customer service;
Edit and refine documents for use by the Customer Service team;
Collaborate with the project manager to update and expand templates when new requirements arise;
Carry out other tasks assigned by supervisors ensuring timely feedback and execution.
Working hours are from 09:00 AM to 18:00 PM with a 1-hour break.
Work schedule: Monday to Saturday weekly.

Requirements

Proficiency in Spanish (certifications or proven translation experience preferred);
Strong ability to write clearly concisely and with correct grammar;
Prior experience in translation for customer service e-commerce platforms or service apps is a plus;
Detail-oriented responsible and able to meet deadlines.

Salary range: 12 - 16 million VND depending on ability.
