Job Summary

Business Analyst

We are now looking for a Business Analyst to support our platform-driven transformations and help shape scalable solutions for our clients.

What youll do

As a Business Analyst youll bridge business goals and technology realities. Youll turn insight into action shaping business capabilities improving processes and enabling digital transformation that creates measurable impact.

Design and refine business capabilities that support transformation and real business value
Translate business needs into clear user stories workflows and practical solutions
Map and improve processes identifying opportunities for optimisation and automation
Facilitate workshops to capture insights align stakeholders and drive prioritisation
Collaborate on planning backlog management and readiness activities
Support rollouts through user enablement training and adoption initiatives
Use data and insights to track results demonstrate value and identify improvements
Stay curious about new AI capabilities emerging technologies and evolving regulations (GDPR DORA AI Act e.t.c.)

What you bring

3 years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role within IT or digital transformation
Proven ability to turn business challenges into digital solutions that deliver value
Strong background in requirements management process mapping and transformation delivery
Familiarity with AI-driven automation analytics and data governance
Understanding of GDPR DORA and the AI Act
Excellent collaboration and communication skills you build trust across business and IT teams
Bachelors degree or higher in IT business or a related field
Full professional proficiency in Swedish and English
