Founded in 2022 and with 1000 employees and counting Aira is driving the clean energy revolution by providing homes with modern clean energy-tech solutions such as solar power battery storage solutions and heat pumps. With a state-of-the-art production facility in Poland an HQ in Stockholm Sweden and hubs across the UK Germany and Italy Aira is well on track to install clean energy-tech into 5 million homes by 2034.

About the Program

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented student to join our Quality Excellence team in Wrocław.

This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in end-to-end quality management from analyzing warranty (RMA) data to supporting the development documentation and visualization of quality processes.

As part of the Quality Excellence organization you will contribute to building and describing processes that ensure Airas global quality standards are met. You will collaborate with experts across engineering and repair teams to transform ideas into clear structured and visual documentation.

What are we looking for

• You are a 3rd to 5th year student in Engineering Quality Management Business Industrial Engineering or a related field.
  
• You have an analytical mindset and enjoy structuring and describing processes.
  
• You are comfortable with MS Office tools (especially PowerPoint and Excel); experience with Visio or similar tools is a plus.
  
• You have an eye for clarity structure and visual communication.
  
• You are proactive curious and eager to learn in a dynamic environment.
  
• You have a good command of English both written and spoken.

Important to note:

• Paid internship is based on a civil law agreement (contract of mandate pol. umowa zlecenie) with an hourly rate of 30.50 PLN gross
• The internship lasts a minimum of 6 months with the possibility of extension up to 1 year.
