We are seeking an enthusiastic Reception Teacher to join our friendly and high-achieving school in Surrey from January 2026. This permanent role is open to full-time and part-time applicants with the potential for a TLR for subject or phase leadership for the right candidate.

• Position: Reception Teacher
  Location: Surrey
  Start Date: January 2026
  Contract: Permanent Full-Time or Part-Time considered
  TLR: Available for subject or phase leadership (for the right candidate)

As our Reception Teacher you will:

• Lead a Reception class through an engaging play-based curriculum
• Support childrens early literacy numeracy and personal development
• Create an inspiring and inclusive classroom environment
• Build strong relationships with children families and colleagues
• (If applicable) Lead a subject area or phase to enhance school-wide provision

What Were Looking For

• QTS
• EYFS or Reception teaching experience
• Strong understanding of early childhood development and assessment
• Warmth creativity and a reflective approach
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Openness to leadership opportunities (if seeking a TLR)
