About You
Youll bring:
- QTS PGCE or equivalent qualification
- Strong academic and practical background in Music with performance experience an advantage
- The ability to inspire excellence creativity and commitment in young musicians
- Excellent organisational skills and the capacity to lead or accompany ensembles
- A collaborative and professional approach to working within a high-achieving team
