We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Year 1 Teacher to join our welcoming and ambitious Primary School in Northamptonshire. This is a permanent role starting October half term 2025 providing the opportunity to support children at a key stage in their learning journey.

• Contract Type: Permanent
• Working Pattern: Full Time Term Time Only
• Salary: MPS/UPS (dependent on experience)
• Suitable for: Experienced or Early Career Teachers (ECTs welcome)

About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and creative teacher to join our KS1 team. As a Year 1 Teacher you will help pupils build on their Early Years experiences and make a smooth transition into Key Stage 1. You will plan and deliver engaging lessons that encourage curiosity independence and confidence.

The successful candidate will embrace the responsibilities of a Year 1 Teacher working closely with colleagues parents and carers to ensure that every child achieves their full potential.

• Plan and deliver high-quality lessons as a Year 1 Teacher
• Support and challenge pupils of all abilities to excel
• Create a safe and inspiring classroom as a Year 1 Teacher
• Work collaboratively with colleagues parents and the wider school community
