Your Responsibilities Will Include:

• Lead the development of AI-powered assistants and tools that help doctors analyze data complete clinical forms and improve patient care.
• Design and implement agentic RAG-based architectures using Azure OpenAI AI Foundry and related Azure services.
• Develop and maintain AI pipelines that connect to medical registers forms and knowledge basesensuring accuracy transparency and compliance.
• Collaborate closely with product managers domain experts and developers to translate healthcare workflows into effective AI-driven solutions.
• Integrate AI applications seamlessly into hospital systems using secure APIs and access control mechanisms.
• Define and enforce best practices for AI application development including testing monitoring and versioning of prompts agents and workflows.
• Provide mentorship and technical guidance to other developers on leveraging LLMs RAG and agentic design patterns.
• Stay up to date with advancements in applied AI and identify opportunities to bring new capabilities into our products.

To Succeed in This Role You Should Have:

• Fluent Finnish language skills a must-have for succeeding in this role.
• Hands-on experience with LLMs and agentic architectures including RAG pipelines vector databases and platforms like Azure OpenAI AI Foundry OpenAI API and Anthropic.
• Strong software engineering skills proficiency in Python and TypeScript/JavaScript and experience building scalable backend systems and integrations.
• Cloud and data expertise experience with Azure services API-driven architectures and tools like Databricks for large-scale data handling.
• Understanding of data privacy and compliance ideally in healthcare context.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills ability to work effectively with developers product teams and healthcare professionals and to guide technical decision-making across disciplines.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with data lakes and large-scale healthcare data environments.
• Familiarity with healthcare IT systems data standards and interoperability challenges.
