Job Summary

We are growing and are now seeking a Customer Executive who is a deal maker and a team player. You understand and practice value-selling and are highly motivated to learn and spar together with customers and colleagues to find fit-for-purpose solutions for the customer. You believe in the power of the ServiceNow platform in solving customers business issues with automated workflows and AI solutions.


What we expect from you:

  • Commercial drive & solution selling expertise: You have a proven record of successful sales and a deep understanding of how to position complex solutions to solve customer problems.
  • Platform & business understanding: Youre familiar with business technology platforms (preferably ServiceNow but experience with other comparable platforms is also valued) and can translate their capabilities into value for customers.
  • Leading by example: You set the bar high for sales material and presentations doing it by yourself not just by delegating.
  • Team Collaboration: You understand that success takes a village and you get the kicks out of winning together as a team. You also collaborate with different stakeholders/people smoothly and communicate fluently in Finnish and in English.
  • Passion for customers business: You have a deep understanding of customer needs and continuously seek to learn more from them. You are skilled at engaging and influencing C-level decision-makers with confidence and expertise.


Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Executive you will:

  • Deliver sales results by identifying qualifying and pursuing new business opportunities
  • Manage and grow assigned customer accounts including large enterprises
  • Lead and inspire bid teams to secure new deals
  • Create and present high-quality proposals and solution materials
  • Negotiate project service and license agreements
  • Bring business value to customers from the very first meeting
