Key Responsibilities:

Team Leadership: Inspire motivate and manage a team of sales associates to meet and exceed store targets.
Store Operations: Oversee day-to-day operations ensuring the store is well-stocked immaculately presented and operating efficiently.
Customer Experience: Ensure a personalized and high-end shopping experience for each customer driving loyalty and satisfaction.
Sales Performance: Track and analyze store performance recommending strategies to achieve sales goals and improve results.
Inventory Management: Manage stock levels and ensure effective stock turnover.
Brand Alignment: Uphold brand standards and policies to maintain the store’s luxury image.
Collaboration: Work closely with regional and area managers to implement strategies and support team training.

Your Ideal Candidate:

Experience: Proven success in a management role within luxury fashion retail ideally with previous leadership experience.
Languages: Fluent in both German and English spoken and written.
Customer-Centric: A deep passion for delivering exceptional customer service and creating memorable shopping experiences.
Leadership Skills: Ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team in a fast-paced environment.
Luxury Market Knowledge: Strong understanding of luxury fashion trends customer needs and sales strategies.
