Were now hiring a skilled Production Manager to lead our field operations and bring order safety and efficiency to our growing team. If you have experience in tree care or a related field and know how to run a crew and a schedule with excellence this could be the role for you.
- Oversee day-to-day production activities including crew leadership job scheduling and resource planning.
- Ensure safety efficiency and quality across all jobson-site and off.
- Monitor revenue performance using internal systems to ensure profitable job execution.
- Manage equipment readiness maintenance schedules and repair workflows.
- Coordinate with Sales to ensure the pipeline is aligned with production capacity.
- Lead weekly production meetings focused on execution safety and operational alignment.
- Act as an EOS champion for the fieldhelping implement processes scorecards and meeting rhythms.
- Experienced in tree care or related field service industries (landscape PHC etc.)
- Familiar with crew management scheduling software and field performance metrics.
- Organized proactive and calm under pressureyou thrive in the chaos of a busy schedule.
- Able to lead from the field but comfortable with reporting and data tracking.
- Safety-minded and passionate about building accountable efficient teams.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) a strong plus.
