Role: Change Manager - SAP S/4Hana - Manufacturing Client
Consulting Seniority: Consultant - Senior Manager
Day rate: TBC
Project duration: 2 years starting mid-November 2025
Location: 2 days in Reading per week 3 days remote
Were supporting a consultancy that specialises in business and digital transformation known for fostering strong relationships while designing and delivering large-scale complex transformations throughout the UK.
Theyre looking for a Change Manager with SAP S/4Hana implementation experience and an understanding of the manufacturing sector to support their client.

Requirements
- An independent consultant
- British national without dual nationality
- 5 years experience in change management ideally gained within a consulting environment
- Track record of leading and delivering change programmes or projects for large organisations implementing SAP S/4HANA
- A reasonable understanding of the manufacturing industry
