Were looking for passionate people to join our exceptional team as a Partner Manager to support on the delivery of projects across Europe.

As a Partner Manager you will be a key member of our Delivery Team to deploy strategic projects and move the needle forward in our business.

Tasks

The position:

As a Partner Manager you will have the following tasks and responsibilities:

• Develop and manage our network of technical and commercial partners
• Ensure that all projects are delivered timely within scope and budget with the help of our partners
• Ensure resource availability and allocation
• Monitor and track progress
• Manage changes to the project scope project schedule and project costs using appropriate verification techniques
• Measure performance using appropriate tools and techniques
• Report and escalate to management as needed
• Establish maintain and manage relationships with the relevant stakeholders
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation
• Organize partner onboarding and training
• Meet with stakeholders to take detailed ordering briefs and clarify specific requirements of each project
• Develop spreadsheets diagrams and process maps to document needs

Requirements

Mandatory requirements:

• Interest in environment sustainability and/or applied sciences
• Full work authorization in Belgium (EU citizen)
• Previous experience in commercial or engineering positions
• Full proficiency in French and English (C1/C2)
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Excellent knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets

Nice to have:

• Working experience in a startup or in his/her own business/project; even if it crashed and burned we want to hear about what he/she learned from the experience
• Personal ambitions whether it be winning a world class League of Legends championship or becoming a certified yoga instructor; we want people who will add their interests and experience to our thriving culture
• Degree in Project Management Business Engineering Architecture or similar fields
