Data Collection: Unit Information: Oncology Location: Metropolitan Methodist Address: 1310 McCullough Floor: 7th Building: Main General Information Tell us about the unit(s): Number of Beds - 12 Number of Staff 2-3 RN and 1 PCT per shift Type of staff: o Day Shift (example 1 charge 3 RN 2 CNA and 1-3 sitters) o Night Shift - Patient Ratios 1-5 or 1-6 Type of equipment - EMR - Meditech Typical hiring profile Skill Set Most recruited for: Oncology and Medical Surgical Skills Must have: candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role. Med-Surgical Preferred or nice to have: candidates with these skills will be considered first.
