Business Systems Analyst - Oracle EBS

Key Responsibilities:

Provide first-line HRIS/Payroll support and troubleshoot system issues.
Manage upgrades patches and testing for Oracle HCM modules.

Skills & Qualifications:

5 years solid hands on experience in Oracle EBS - US Payroll & Benefits module.
Strong HR Payroll and Oracle HCM knowledge.
Proficient in SQL reporting tools and project management.
Excellent communication analytical and problem-solving skills.
Bachelors in IT or Business with 3 years of HRIS/HR operations experience.
