Job Title: Family Medicine-Primary Care Physician

Job Description:

Provide full-spectrum primary care services including preventive acute and chronic care for patients of all ages.

Conduct physical examinations diagnose and treat illnesses and manage ongoing health conditions.

Order and interpret diagnostic tests lab results and imaging studies.

Develop personalized care plans and coordinate referrals to specialists when needed.

Promote health education disease prevention and lifestyle modifications.

Collaborate with nurses medical assistants and other healthcare professionals to deliver coordinated care.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records within the electronic health record (EHR) system.

Participate in quality improvement and population health initiatives.

Adhere to all regulatory compliance and ethical standards of medical practice.

Qualifications:

Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree.

US Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine.

Valid and unrestricted medical license in the state of Georgia (or ability to obtain one).

Current DEA registration.

Excellent clinical judgment communication and interpersonal skills.

Commitment to compassionate patient-focused care.

Experience with EHR systems preferred.
