Job Summary

Qualifications & Experience

15 years of experience in corporate operations with leadership exposure in at least two of the following areas: Content Development Finance Revenue Operations Sales Operations.
Proven success in managing large-scale teams and delivering operational excellence.
Must have experience scaling a Global Capability Center (GCC) in India including building teams establishing processes and aligning with global standards.
Strong understanding of financial management business operations and performance metrics.
Experience working closely with U.S.-based leadership teams is strongly preferred.
Exceptional communication leadership and stakeholder management skills.
MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.
