Job Summary

HR Strategy & Organizational Design:
- Design and execute an HR strategy that aligns with ambitious business goals.
- Anticipate future talent needs and structure the organization for scale.
- Lead change management initiatives to ensure smooth transitions during rapid growth.
- Create robust HR policies frameworks and SOPs that bring consistency and clarity across teams.
- Guide leadership through restructuring transformation and people development.
Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding:
- Own the entire recruitment lifecycle-from role definition to offer closure.
- Build a scalable data-driven talent acquisition engine.
Talent Management & Leadership Development:
- Implement programs for career pathing succession planning and mentorship.
- Train and inspire managers to translate the founders vision into daily leadership practices.
- Build continuous learning and leadership programs ensuring every employee feels aligned and empowered.

4. Culture & Employee Experience:
- Foster a culture of oneness belonging and shared purpose.
- Create engagement and recognition programs that motivate teams across all levels especially frontline sales.
- Ensure HR plays a central role in uniting teams around company goals and founder beliefs.
- Lead DE&I initiatives ensuring inclusivity is core to our culture.

5. HR Operations & Compliance:
- Oversee payroll benefits leave management and HRIS.
- Build and implement sales-HR practices that drive productivity recognition and retention.
- Ensure compliance while driving inclusivity fairness and transparency.
- Maintain accurate employee records and conduct regular HR audits.
