Job Summary

Responsible for supporting Procurement and Purchasing operations for the Europe region ensuring timely and accurate processing of purchase requests and orders.

Perform buyer activities including vendor management purchase requisition review PO creation and order follow-up to ensure smooth supply chain operations.

Utilize SAP for procurement transactions data management and reporting - minimum hands-on experience in SAP is required.

Communicate effectively with German-speaking stakeholders and vendors demonstrating excellent German speaking and reading skills.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve procurement issues ensure compliance with company policies and optimize sourcing efficiency.

Support process improvements by analyzing procurement data identifying gaps and contributing to automation and cost-saving initiatives.
