Nestled between the Pacific Ocean and the Coast Mountain Range Providence Seaside Hospital is the heart of Providences north coast service area.

Providence Seaside Hospital is a 25-bed critical access hospital with full accreditation by the Joint Commission that offers primary and specialty care birth center with family suites general surgery rehabilitation radiology diagnostic imaging pathology and emergency medicine 24 hrs./7 days-a-week. Our Rehab Department fosters a collaborative and patient-centered environment. Our focus on patient experience and best practices combined with strong connections to our regional rehab partners contributes to a high standard of care and positive outcomes for our patients.

Our Rehabilitation Department has full-time Physical Therapist positions open in our Outpatient! We love our community and thrive on patient experience and best practice and are strongly connected to our Regional Rehab Partners.

The Physical Therapist manages and provides skilled physical therapy to patients/clients with a wide variety of diagnoses and disabilities taking into account the individual patient special physical or age-related needs. Requires skills in patient/client evaluation and treatment as well as professional consultations to achieve maximum patient/client independence in accordance with the individual functional level and potential.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelors Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy Program. Or
Masters Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy Program. Or
D.P.T. from an accredited Physical Therapy Program.
Coursework/Training - Occasionally a position will require specialized physical therapy training to meet a particular department need.
Oregon Physical Therapist License upon hire.
National Provider BLS - American Heart Association 30 days of hire.
Occasionally a position will require specialized physical therapy experience to meet a particular department need.
