Job Summary

Responsibilities

Develop and execute the strategic vision for engineering operations in alignment with organizational goals.

Lead and mentor a team of managers engineers and technical staff fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.

Manage departmental budgets monitor expenditures and implement cost-effective solutions without compromising quality.

Collaborate with senior leadership to align engineering strategies with business needs and growth initiatives.

Implement preventive maintenance programs and ensure optimal performance of equipment systems and infrastructure.

Manage Pharmaceutical vendor relationships and service contracts ensuring performance standards and cost controls are met.

Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Engineering or Pharmaceutical related field (Masters preferred)
8 years of progressive leadership experience in engineering preferably in a Pharmaceutical industry
Proven ability to lead teams and manage complex projects
Excellent communication strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
