Job Summary

MW Partners is currently seeking a Technical Specialist/Scientist 3 to work for our client who is a well-known leading utilities company.

Responsibilities and duties:

This position will play a key role in managing customer enrollment and payment operations for SCEs Flexible Pricing Rate Pilot as well as conducting additional reporting.
This position is responsible for receiving and validating enrollment forms from account managers submitting eligible customers to a third party supplier for enrollment and confirming enrollment status back to stakeholders.
The role also includes overseeing manual enrollment processes for Automation Service Providers maintaining detailed metrics on enrollment activity (e.g. number of customers MW enrolled benefiters vs. non-benefiters) and tracking billing status.
This role will also manage manual customer payments and facilitate payments to contractors and other third parties.

Requirements:

BA/BS Degree in Business Economics Marketing or related discipline
Four or more years of experience with business analysis
Proficiency with analytical tools such as Excel Access or other similar tools for tracking and reporting
Ability to understand and conduct payment processing and reconciliation
Ability to follow and improve upon business processes
Strong attention to detail to validate information on forms is correct
Experience with manual data entry
Ability to coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational and time management skills to handle high-volume tasks during ramp-up periods
