Job Title: Identity & Access Management (IAM) Engineer

Job Description:

The IAM Engineer is a crucial part of our clients security team responsible for safeguarding their organizations digital assets. You will ensure that all users-employees partners and customers-have the right access to the right resources at the right time. This role involves designing implementing and maintaining Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions including user provisioning robust authentication mechanisms and access control systems. Youll work closely with the Information Security Core Technology and Infrastructure teams to drive enterprise-wide identity governance and access management initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

System Administration: Maintain and administer core IAM systems including Omada IBM Security Identity Manager and Azure Entra ID .
User Lifecycle Management: Manage the complete user lifecycle including automated provisioning deprovisioning regular access reviews and audit support.
Authentication & Federation: Implement and support Single Sign-On (SSO) and Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) integrations across diverse cloud and on-premise environments ( Azure Entra ID Active Directory AWS IAM ).
Operational Support: Respond to and resolve IAM-related support incidents and assist with onboarding processes for IT users.
Collaboration: Partner with application owners and vendors on go-live engagements ensuring secure and proper system configuration

Required Skills:

6 8 years of hands-on experience in IAM implementation and operations.
Strong knowledge of IAM protocols and standards including SAML OAuth OpenID Connect and LDAP .
Cloud Identity: Proven experience working with Azure Entra ID .
Access Models: Familiarity with Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) and Attribute-Based Access Control (ABAC) principles.
Excellent verbal and written communication along with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Certifications: IAM-specific certifications (e.g. CIAM Microsoft Certified: Identity and Access Administrator).
Architecture & Workflows: Experience with complex IAM architecture design and integrating IAM systems with HR information systems (HRIS).
Background: A solid background in general cybersecurity principles and infrastructure systems.
Product Experience: Direct experience with IBM ISIM and Omada IGA .
