Must Have Technical/Functional Skills
Youll lead support for Java application support
Key Skills:
Supporting Java Microservices and applications built using Springboot.
Supporting and maintaining databases such as Mongo DB RDS Oracle.
Deploying containerized applications in EKS cluster.
Troubleshoot applications running in EKS clusters.
Support Salesforce applications using Salesforce Community Cloud and Service Cloud. Strong knowledge of CRM applications.
Experience in APEX Coding Lighting Web Components (LWC) API Integration and Flows.
Experienced in Service Cloud features such as Web-to-Case and Assignment Rules and Experience Cloud.
Troubleshoot Kafka related issues.
Support COTs applications such as deFI FISERV products etc.
AWS services (EC2 S3 RDS Lambda VPC Route 53 Kubernetes)
Infrastructure as Code: Terraform CloudFormation
Troubleshooting Linux/Windows systems
AWS CLI scripting (Python Bash PowerShell)
AWS certifications (Solutions Architect preferred).
Salesforce Developer I & Developer II certifications must
Automation experience in relevant technologies and tools.
Candidate should be willing to do Application Support on rotation as needed by the customer.
Knowledge on JIRA
Roles & Responsibilities
Candidate should be hands-on and experienced to support AWS infrastructure networking cloud automation and platform performance.
He / She Should be able to independently provide application support Code test debug and deploy the code.
Must be proficient and have Automation experience in relevant technologies and tools.
Candidate should be willing to do Application Support on rotation as needed by the customer.
Candidate should be local to Dallas 5 Days Onsite No Remote Option
