Job Description
Site Reliability Engineer
Monitoring and Observability: Set up and maintain monitoring tools (e.g. Dynatrace SolarWinds) to track system health identify potential issues and gather metrics for performance analysis.
Incident Response: Act as the first responder for critical incidents quickly identifying root causes implementing solutions and communicating with stakeholders.
Automation: Develop and maintain automation scripts and tools to streamline repetitive operational tasks improve efficiency and reduce the risk of human error.
Capacity Planning: Analyze usage patterns and forecast future demand to ensure the infrastructure has sufficient capacity to meet business needs.
Reliability Engineering: Design build and implement resilient and scalable systems applying software engineering practices to ensure continuous uptime and minimal failure rates.
Collaboration: Work closely with development operations and other teams to improve system reliability security and performance from design to deployment.
Performance Optimization: Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks by analyzing metrics profiling code and implementing necessary optimizations.
5 years of experience administering Dynatrace and SolarWinds.
