Sr. SDET Engineer

Mandatory skills:-

• Strong hands-on experience with Ranorex Studio for UI and functional automation testing.
• Proficiency in C#/.NET for test automation scripting.
• Familiarity with loan origination systems (LOS) like Encompass is a strong plus.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design develop and maintain automated test scripts using Ranorex for Encompass applications (Business Rules Custom Pages and Plugins).
• Perform functional regression and integration testing to ensure product quality.
• Conduct code reviews for test automation scripts and contribute to improving code quality.
• Collaborate with developers to support unit testing and test-driven development (TDD) practices.
• Actively participate in daily stand-ups sprint planning and technical design meetings to provide testing inputs.
• Identify log and track defects work closely with the development team for resolution.
• Contribute to test strategy test planning and execution across releases.
• Ensure automation test suites are integrated into CI/CD pipelines for continuous validation.
• Drive improvements in test frameworks automation coverage and execution efficiency.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 8 years of experience as an SDET / Automation Engineer.
• Strong hands-on experience with Ranorex Studio for UI and functional automation testing.
• Proficiency in C#/.NET for test automation scripting.
• Strong understanding of software testing methodologies (Agile Scrum regression functional and integration testing).
• Experience with version control systems (Git) and CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps Jenkins or similar).
• Familiarity with loan origination systems (LOS) like Encompass is a strong plus.
• Excellent problem-solving analytical and debugging skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with developers testers and business stakeholders.
