Job Summary

About the Opportunity
A recruitment services and talent-sourcing organisation operating in the Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) and staffing sector supporting hiring for tech and non-tech functions across India. We accelerate hiring velocity by combining modern sourcing techniques ATS-driven workflow and recruiter enablement to deliver high-quality candidate pipelines.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Support full-cycle recruitment activities: source candidates screen resumes and maintain candidate pipelines for multiple open roles.
  • Operate and maintain the Applicant Tracking System (ATS): create requisitions update candidate statuses and ensure data hygiene.
  • Coordinate interview logistics across hiring managers and candidatesschedule confirm and follow up to ensure smooth interviewer availability and candidate experience.
  • Execute targeted sourcing using Boolean search LinkedIn Recruiter and job boards to build and expand talent pools for active and future roles.
  • Prepare hiring dashboards and recruitment metrics (time-to-fill pipeline health) to help recruiters and managers make data-driven decisions.
  • Assist with onboarding administration and candidate communications to ensure timely joiner processing and positive first-day experiences.

Skills & Qualifications

Must-Have

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a bachelors degree in HR Business Commerce or related discipline (final-year students accepted).
  • Hands-on with Applicant Tracking Systems (experience with Greenhouse Zoho Recruit Workday or similar).
  • Proficient in Boolean search and candidate sourcing on LinkedIn and major job boards.
  • Strong working knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets for basic reporting and data maintenance.
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter and candidate outreach best practices.
  • Comfortable using calendar/scheduling tools and communication platforms (Calendly Gmail/Outlook Slack).

Preferred

  • Prior internship or exposure to recruitment campus hiring or RPO environments.
  • Experience with Indian job boards (Naukri Indeed) and local sourcing strategies.
  • Basic understanding of recruitment metrics and hiring funnel optimization.
