Job Overview
TKO is currently hiring for a detail-oriented and organized Accounts Payables/Receivables Clerk to join our clients dynamic office team in Coldwater MS. The ideal candidate will manage both accounts payable and receivable functions ensuring accurate and timely processing of invoices and payments while maintaining compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
This position requires strong analytical skills proficiency in accounting software and a solid understanding of general financial principles.
Key Responsibilities
Process in-house and vendor invoices ensuring proper coding and accurate data entry into the accounting system.
Perform regular account reconciliations to verify transaction accuracy.
Maintain vendor and in-house records; resolve discrepancies and respond to inquiries.
Assist with month-end close activities including journal entries and general ledger reconciliation.
Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards in all payable and receivable activities.
Support payroll processing and related financial transactions as needed.
Utilize accounting software such as QuickBooks or other systems for data entry reporting and analysis.
Qualifications & Skills
Previous experience working in a manufacturing environment performing accounting duties is required.
Strong understanding of accounting principles including double-entry bookkeeping debits/credits and general ledger processes.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and general computer skills.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Strong communication and teamwork abilities with the capacity to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Education: Associate Degree (Preferred)
