We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Remote Typist - Data Entry professional to assist with basic data entry document typing and formatting tasks. This role is ideal for individuals who can work independently manage time effectively and have strong keyboard skills. No advanced experience is required just accuracy attention to detail and a willingness to learn.
Key Responsibilities:
Type and format documents reports and correspondence
Enter data into spreadsheets databases and online systems
Review and correct errors in typed documents
Maintain organized electronic files and records
Perform basic proofreading for spelling and grammar
Follow instructions and meet deadlines consistently
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent
Basic computer literacy (familiar with Word Excel Google Docs)
Typing speed of at least 40 WPM with high accuracy
Strong attention to detail
Ability to follow instructions and work independently
Reliable internet connection and a personal computer or laptop
Good written communication skills
No prior experience required training will be provided
