Our Client is a global leader in logistics and supply chain solutions serving companies across multiple industries.
Responsibilities
Were looking for a motivated Key Account Executive (Supply Chain) to be a key point of contact for clients providing customer-centric service to maintain long-term client relationships in the Asia Pacific region.
- Manage implementation of projects within the Asia Pacific region;
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders key projects;
- Engage with clients as the main point of contact for all matters;
- Build and develop client relationships;
- Lead teams for end-to-end project implementation;
- Maintain oversight on timelines and issues;
- Perform escalating and reporting of deliverables and data input;
- Work closely with internal teams and departments on ensuring projects are completed on time;
- Work closely with internal cross-functional teams to define plan and execute service improvement projects in a timely manner;
- Support regional service delivery projects.
Requirements
- 2 years of relevant experience in the logistics & supply chain industry;
- Experience managing key accounts in the Asia Pacific region;
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office;
- Knowledge of SAP;
- Strong communication and negotiation skills;
- Meticulous and detail-oriented;
- Able to work well independently as well as effectively in a team;
- Highly organised and detail-oriented.
