Job Summary
Responsibilities:
Assemble dismantle and fit steam turbines and auxiliary components (shafts rotors casings bearings and seals).
Conduct precision alignment of turbines couplings and connected equipment using laser alignment tools dial gauges and feeler gauges.
Perform inspection and maintenance of bearings gland seals and rotor assemblies.
Support overhaul commissioning and startup activities for steam turbines.
Read and interpret technical drawings manuals and maintenance procedures.
Coordinate with mechanical engineers QC inspectors and project managers to ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
Conduct diagnostic checks vibration analysis and clearance measurements to ensure optimal turbine performance.
