Job Summary

This is a remote position.

Schedule: Monday to Friday 9:00 AM 1:00 PM Melbourne

Total Weekly Hours: 20 Hours

Our client is seeking an experienced Zoho CRM Specialist to optimize their newly implemented CRM system train the sales team and develop comprehensive training manuals. This is a short-term assignment with the possibility of extension.

Responsibilities:

Optimize and configure the Zoho CRM system to align with company processes
Conduct training sessions for the sales team on effective CRM usage
Develop clear user-friendly training manuals and documentation
Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting related to Zoho CRM
Suggest improvements for workflows and automation within the CRM

Requirements:

Proven experience with Zoho CRM implementation and optimization
Strong understanding of sales processes and CRM best practices
Excellent communication and training skills
Ability to create clear documentation and manuals
Detail-oriented and proactive in problem-solving

Preferred:

Previous experience training sales teams
Familiarity with CRM analytics and reporting tools
