SUMMARY
We are seeking a highly skilled Level 3 Help Desk Support Technician to join our technical team. This role requires advanced troubleshooting expertise across Microsoft Cisco and networking platforms with the ability to resolve escalated issues.
The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Microsoft 365 Azure Cisco Meraki and Windows Server environments with additional exposure to networking security and virtualization technologies.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Serve as the final escalation point for advanced help desk issues.
- Diagnose and resolve complex issues across Microsoft 365 Windows networking and virtualization platforms.
- Perform advanced configuration and administration of Microsoft Entra ID Azure Virtual Machines and Azure Virtual Desktop.
- Manage Cisco Meraki MX MS and MR devices including deployment monitoring and troubleshooting.
- Support Microsoft Windows Server environments (2016/2019/2022).
- Develop and execute PowerShell scripts to automate administration tasks.
- Collaborate with project teams on deployments migrations and infrastructure upgrades.
- Document solutions workflows and best practices for team knowledge sharing.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to Level 1 and Level 2 technicians.

- Cisco Catalyst & ISR routers/switches
- Experience with Ubiquiti Fortinet WatchGuard or other networking solutions
- Azure networking & security administration
- Security tools: SentinelOne ThreatLocker
- Genetec (security systems)
- VMware (virtualization)
- Veeam (backup and recovery)
- ConnectWise PSA/RMM
QUALIFICATIONS
- 5 years of IT support experience with at least 2 years in a Level 3 or senior support role in an MSP.
- Relevant Microsoft or Cisco certifications strongly preferred (e.g. MCSA MS-100/101 AZ-104 CCNA CCNP Meraki CMNO).
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working with both technical teams and end users.
