Job Summary

This is a remote position.

SUMMARY

The Data Analyst will be responsible for collecting analyzing and interpreting data to support Operations initiatives. This role will ensure leadership has accurate timely and actionable reporting to drive operational efficiency cost control and process improvement across the organization.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Collect clean and analyze large datasets to identify trends and actionable insights.
Develop and maintain dashboards reports and KPIs for the Operations team.
Support the Sr. Operations Manager with ad-hoc data requests and business case analysis.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes through data-driven insights.
Ensure accuracy consistency and integrity of all operational data.
Provide recommendations to enhance efficiency and overall operational performance.

QUALIFICATIONS

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in Excel SQL and data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
Ability to present complex data clearly and concisely to stakeholders.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong teamwork and collaboration abilities.
Familiarity with Jira Salesforce or similar CRM/operations platforms.
Knowledge of statistical analysis and forecasting methods.
Experience automating reporting processes or using Python/R for analytics.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Should be willing to accept a long-term work-from-home arrangement.
Should be amenable to a permanent night shift schedule.
