As a CAD Designer you will play a pivotal role in our dynamic team. You will be responsible for creating innovative designs using Autodesk Inventor CAD software and producing detailed sales drawings including 3D renders. This role offers room for growth as your experience expands with opportunities to conduct site visits and create comprehensive manufacturing drawings.

What Youll Do

Utilize Autodesk Inventor CAD software to design Mezzanine floors.
Produce sales drawings with detailed 3D renders.
Collaborate with the sales and engineering teams to create customized solutions for clients.
Assist in site visits and measurements.
Develop full-detail manufacturing drawings as you gain experience.

Requirements

What You Bring

Were looking for someone who:

12 years of experience in CAD drafting or 3D design with exposure to structural layouts and dimensional documentation.
Preferably possess engineering or design qualifications or relevant experience.
Currently studying an engineering-related discipline at a university is a plus.
Proficiency in Autodesk Inventor or similar CAD software.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
A passion for innovation and a desire to learn and grow within the role.

Youll work closely with our project managers designers and suppliers to prepare accurate and competitive quotes for a wide variety of landscaping and construction works. What Youll Do Youll be the kind of person who: Prepare detailed estimates and bid proposals for commercial and high-end residential landscape construction projects. Analyze drawings specifications and project scope to identify cost-saving opportunities and potential risks. Coordinate take-offs and pricing for materials labor and equipment. Source and evaluate subcontractor and supplier quotes. Collaborate with project managers designers and operations teams throughout the pre-construction process. Lead bid strategy sessions and provide recommendations to executive leadership. Maintain estimating database and historical cost information. Requirements What You Bring Were looking for someone who: 5 years of estimating experience in landscape construction site development or related field. Strong knowledge of construction methods materials and industry pricing with landscape experience considered an advantage. Proficiency in estimating software is required with experience in Cubit and Buildsoft considered a plus. Ability to read and interpret landscape and civil construction plans. Excellent analytical organizational and communication skills.
