Job Summary
1. Leadership & Team Management
- 3-6 years of experience preferably in startups and IT.
- Has led a UX team before providing mentorship and guidance.

2. UX Strategy & Execution
- Provides UX design solutions aligned with business and user needs.
- Ensures alignment of work processes across different UX projects.
- Drives and understands project estimations for better planning and execution.
- Oversees client documentation and design handover for smooth implementation.
- Streamlines UX workflows to improve efficiency across projects.
- Communicates design decisions effectively to stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
3. Design Expertise & Feedback
- Has a strong sense of UX and graphic design ensuring high-quality outputs.
- Provides constructive feedback on UX and graphic design elements.
- Supports the team in innovative design thinking and brainstorming sessions.
- Has knowledge of best practices and standard design principles.
4. Technical & Analytical Skills
- Comes with diverse domain experience having worked on various types of projects.
- Skilled in requirement analysis and business analysis bridging user needs with business objectives.
- Understands development tools and languages ensuring smooth collaboration with developers.
Requirements
Required Skills & Experience:
- 3-6 years of experience in UX/UI design with a strong portfolio showcasing user-centered designs.
- Expertise in design tools such as Figma Sketch Adobe XD or similar.
- Strong understanding of UX principles usability heuristics and interaction design.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in leading and mentoring teams.
- 3-6 years of experience in UX/UI design with a strong portfolio showcasing user-centered designs.
Required Skills:
Educational Requirements: Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Required Education:
7-10 years of experience in UX/UI design with a strong portfolio showcasing user-centered in design tools such as Figma Sketch Adobe XD or understanding of UX principles usability heuristics and interaction communication and stakeholder management in leading and mentoring teams.
