Position Overview

We are seeking a dependable and safety-focused Material Handler to join our team in Pryor OK. The Material Handler will be responsible for shipping receiving inspecting storing issuing and delivering a wide range of materials equipment and supplies in a busy warehouse environment. This position is ideal for someone who values accuracy organization and teamwork in a fast-paced industrial setting.

Key Responsibilities

Load and unload materials manually or using forklifts and pallet jacks.
Transfer paperwork and verify all documentation with the Warehouse Clerk.
Label organize and store incoming products in designated warehouse areas.
Inspect incoming and outgoing materials for accuracy and damage.
Pack and unpack items for storage or shipment maintaining orderly inventory.
Prepare products for delivery by identifying pulling packing and labeling orders.
Verify job numbers and ensure proper loading according to delivery notes.
Maintain accurate inventory records by tracking materials in and out of production.
Follow all company safety and housekeeping standards.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED preferred.
Previous warehouse or material handling experience required.
Basic computer and data entry skills.
Strong math and reading comprehension abilities.
Excellent communication and time management skills.
Ability to routinely lift and move heavy objects (up to 50 lbs).
Experience with forklifts or pallet jacks preferred.
