A multi-location veterinary group in the Tampa/Sarasota region is looking for a Travel Operations Veterinarian to join their team. This unique role combines clinical practice with leadership opportunities making it a great fit for an experienced doctor or an associate veterinarian ready to grow into a broader impact role.
About the Role:
The Travel Operations Veterinarian will primarily focus on clinical care while also contributing to mentorship operational success and team development. What Youll Do:
Provide high-quality medical and surgical care for patients
Support and mentor fellow doctors especially recent graduates
Partner with teams to enhance efficiency workflows and client satisfaction
Assist with recruiting onboarding and training new veterinarians
Ensure quality standards and compliance are consistently met
Contribute to the professional growth and success of each practice you support
