For our Global Headquarters inMilanAmplifon is looking for a talented person with a passion for technology and an interest in the HR field to support ourGlobal Center of Excellence Organization and Change Effectiveness teamin digital transformation initiatives. Does the opportunity sound interesting to you

We consider interns as responsible team members who can have an impact starting from the day 1.

Youll be in charge of:

• Assist in managing HR digital transformation projects including data analysis and end user training.
• Collaborate on the definition and implementation of new processes from gathering requirements to testing and feedback.
• Support the management of data quality and the integration of new technologies to optimize the efficiency and effectiveness of HR services.
• Contribute to the dissemination of best practices and digital knowledge across the organization acting as a change agent to foster HRs digital transformation.

You are the right person if you:

• Degree in human resources economics management engineering or similar (or near completion).
• Strong interest in digital technologies and HR processes with a focus on data analysis.
• Basic skills in Excel.
• Excellent communication skills team spirit and attention to detail.
• Professional proficiency in English.
