Job Description Summary

The Senior Director within Advisory Intelligence will set the direction and oversee the delivery of data and technology products that drive measurable business value. This global role expands on product ownership to include multi-market strategy adoption frameworks and alignment across research data insights engineering and brokerage. The Senior Director partners with global and regional leadership to ensure products not only launch successfully but scale with sustainable adoption delivering ROI across multiple business lines.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Product Delivery & Execution

Lead cross-functional teams to deliver enterprise-ready data products ensuring alignment with business needs and technical requirements. Guide products through multi-stage lifecycles from proof of concept to scaled enterprise solutions.

  • Adoption & Change Enablement

Develop and implement adoption strategies training programs and stakeholder engagement plans to drive sustained product usage and impact. Lead adoption efforts across multiple markets and product types (office industrial retail capital markets) ensuring consistent rollout and measurable success.

  • Operational Excellence

Establish and oversee governance and performance measurement frameworks to ensure accountability ROI and continuous improvement. Partner with Finance and Strategy to align product investment with business value.

  • Collaboration & Stakeholder Management

Act as the connective tissue across Research Data Insights Engineering Brokerage and BI teams to define product requirements prioritize features and ensure integration and alignment. Maintain regular engagement with stakeholders to anticipate evolving needs and ensure solutions remain relevant.

  • Market Expansion & Feedback

Pilot new products in targeted markets to refine approach then scale enterprise-wide. Develop governance and feedback frameworks that identify barriers power users and training needs driving continuous improvement.

  • Team Leadership & Industry Expertise

Mentor and develop high-performing teams teaching and contextualizing CRE workflows for product and engineering teams and bridging industry expertise with technical execution.

Qualifications

  • 12 years of leadership in product management strategy or research/data integration with proven success across multi-market rollouts.
  • Demonstrated expertise in CRE workflows and ability to bridge industry needs with technology execution.
  • Strong track record in adoption strategy governance models and cross-market product scaling.
  • Recognized ability to influence senior stakeholders and align product strategy with enterprise-level goals.
  • Skilled in data analytics AI and visualization tools with a focus on embedding insights into client-facing decision-making.
  • Exceptional communicator and mentor with executive presence able to inspire teams and drive consensus across functions.

The compensation that will be offered to the successful candidate will depend on factors such as whether the position is covered by a collective bargaining agreement the geographic area in which the work will be performed market pay rates in that area and the candidates experience and qualifications.


The company will not pay less than minimum wage for this role.


The compensation for the position is: $ 170000.00 - $200000.00
