Hunter Savage is seeking a talented Recruitment Consultant to join our Business Support Division. If youre a natural communicator who thrives on building relationships and is driven to succeed we want to hear from you.

About the Role

Youll be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle within our Business Support sector working with leading clients across Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland to connect them with exceptional talent.

What Were Looking For

We welcome applications from candidates with:

A qualification to HND/Degree level and/or a professional qualification
A proven sales background with a genuine interest in recruitment OR existing recruitment experience
Experience or knowledge of the Business Support sector (desirable but not essential)
A positive self-motivated approach with strong work ethic
Excellent communication skills and a client-focused mindset
