Job Summary
Join the Global Trade Disbursements team and play a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient flow of payments across Apples global operations. Youll be joining a team that values autonomy precision and continuous improvement contributing to the critical payment processes while driving impactful initiatives and gaining valuable exposure across the Purchase-to-Pay (P2P) landscape and the broader Apple organizationWere seeking a highly motivated detail-oriented data-savvy professional to join our Disbursements Teamsomeone with a solid foundation in finance or operations who is also excited about leveraging data tools to drive process improvement automation and reporting.
- 3 years of relevant experience in a finance operations disbursements data analytics or a related field
- Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting Data Science Business or a related field
- Proven analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to transform data into actionable insights and drive process improvements automation or system enhancements
- High attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
- Experience with disbursements processes treasury operations or global banking processes
- Hands-on experience with data analysis and reporting tools financial systems (Excel Tableau Dataiku SAP etc.)
- Demonstrated passion for automating and improving processes and systems with a track record of ownership and accountability
- General understanding of GAAP SOX general ledger finance payment and accounting processes
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced dynamic environment with a high level of ambiguity and complexity
- Excellent communication interpersonal and collaboration skills
- Proactive self-motivated and able to prioritize and execute tasks effectively.
