HereswhatyoullbedoingatKasian:
- Workwithtalentedarchitectsandtechnologiststoproducequalityprojectsforprivatesectorclients
- Developprojectcriteriathescopeofservicesdetailedworkplansdrawinglistsschedulesandresource(stafftechnicalandbudget)requirementsovertheprojectlifecycle
- Pushtheboundariesofdesignwhilemeetingtheneedsofclientsandend-users;participateinstakeholdermeetingscreatedesignconceptsandpresentationmaterial
- Leadmotivateandmanagetheprojectteamtoproducesuccessfuldesignandconstructiondocumentation
- Coordinatewithprojectconsultants()
- Resolvecomplexdesignandtechnicalissues
- Manageclientrelationshipsandactivelydevelopthesethroughouttheprojectprocess
- Ensureprojectsaredeliveredeffectivelythroughefficientresourcemanagementandbyachievingscheduledmilestones
- Undertakesitereviewsandconstructionadministration
HereswhatyoubringtoKasian:
- 10yearsofarchitecturalexperience;5yearsminimuminhigh-riseandseniorlivingprojects.
- Registrationwithaprovincialregulatoryboard
- Effectivewrittenandoralcommunicationskills
- Experienceleadingprojectsofatleast$25m(constructionvalue)withminimalsupervision
- Aninnovativeandforward-thinkingapproachtodesignandanaturalcuriosityforstayingcurrentwithnewtrendsmaterialsandconstructionmethods
- StrongtechnicalknowledgeandtechnicaldrawingexperienceinRevit
- Excellentgraphiccommunicationandpresentationskills
- Anabilitytoaddvaluetoallstagesofprojectdelivery
Salary starts at $100000 per annum based on a 40-hour work week. Actual compensation is subject to variations due to education experience and skill set.
