Location: West Palm Beach FL Full-Time MondayFriday

What Were Looking For
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficiency with computer systems (tech savvy is a must!)
- Minimum of one year of high-volume recruiting experience (2 years preferred)
- Experience in sourcing candidates from a variety of platforms
- Experience in full cycle recruiting (Sourcing Interviewing Background & Reference Checks and Onboarding)

Qualifications
- High school diploma (some college preferred)
- 1 year recruiting CNAs/HHAs/RNs in a home care setting (preferred)
Experience:
- Recruiting: 2 years (Required)
- full cycle recruiting: 2 years (Required)
- home care recruiting: 2 years (Preferred)
- ATS: 1 year (Required)
- Hireology: 1 year (Preferred)
- Sourcing: 1 year (Required)
Work Location: In-person West Palm Beach office
