We are currently modernizing our HR systems and processes and were seeking a skilledADP Workforce Now Implementation Specialistto lead this critical project.
Position Overview
Were looking for anexperienced ADP Workforce Now (WFN) professionalto oversee the full implementation configuration and rollout of the platform across our organization. This temporary contractor role (approximately 36 months) will focus on system setup data migration training and ensuring a smooth transition for HR and management staff.
Youll partner closely with our HR team and ADPs implementation team to ensure all modules from Payroll to Benefits are properly configured compliant and adopted by end users.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead theend-to-end implementationof ADP Workforce Now including setup configuration and go-live support.
- Overseedata migrationfrom existing HR systems and manual records into ADP WFN.
- Configure and test modules such asPayroll Time & Attendance Recruiting Onboarding Benefits and Performance.
- Develop custom workflows reports and dashboards aligned with organizational needs.
- Delivertraining sessions user guides and video tutorialsfor staff and managers.
- Ensure all system configurations meetfederal and California employment compliancestandards.
- Provide regular project updates manage timelines and liaise between AVBGC and ADP Implementation Teams.
- Offer interim HR support and process improvement recommendations during transition.
Qualifications
- Proven experienceleading full-cycle ADP Workforce Now implementations(preferred).
- Minimum3 years experiencein HRIS administration payroll implementation or HR compliance technology.
- Strong understanding ofADP WFN modules(Payroll Time Recruiting Benefits etc.).
- Experience withdata migration testing and third-party integrations.
- Excellentproject management communication and trainingskills.
- Working knowledge ofCalifornia labor and HR compliance laws.
- This role involves travel between Club sites and requires the operation of a personal or Club vehicle. Employment is contingent upon maintaining a valid California drivers license and a driving record that meets the insurance carriers underwriting requirements. Employees must remain insurable at all times during employment in this role.
- This role is eligible for mileage reimbursement for travel costs from site to site.
- ADP Workforce Now certification(s)strongly preferred.
- Bachelors degree in HR Business or Information Systems (preferred but not required).

- Duration:36 months (estimated)
- Status:Independent Contractor (1099)
- Location:Remote with occasional virtual or onsite collaboration (Lancaster CA)
- Schedule:Flexible (approx. 2030 hours per week depending on project phase)
- Compensation:Competitive hourly or project-based rate (commensurate with experience)
- Benefits:Eligible for sick leave per California law; not eligible for full-time benefits
