Licenses Required:1) Possession of a valid California Motor Vehicle Operators License and/or ability to provide suitable transportation as approved by the appointing authority and 2) current Physical Therapy License issued by the Physical Therapy Board of California OR current Occupational Therapy License issued by the California Board of Occupational Therapy OR current Speech Language Pathologist license issued by the State of California Speech-Language Pathology Audiology and Hearing Aid Dispensers Board.

Experience:Two (2) years of full-time or its equivalent experience in the practice of occupational speech or physical therapy in a hospital clinic psychiatric or similar facility.

Desirable Qualifications:

• Demonstratable clinical expertise
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Management and supervisory experience
• Advanced computer skills

The training and experience questionnaire is designed to measure candidates relevant education training and/or experience as it relates to the Rehabilitation Therapy Services Supervisor classification. (Weighted 100%).
