The position
The Global Marketing Therapy Area team drives the commercial strategy for Respiratory Allergies shaping portfolio growth brand positioning and lifecycle priorities. We ensure consistency and alignment across markets bridging global strategy with local execution. Striving to improving access to care deliver meaningful outcomes for patients and impact for prescribers.
As Project Manager in the Global Marketing Therapy Area team you will be the operational backbone driving consistency structure and execution excellence across Respiratory Allergy initiatives. You will lead and coordinate projects facilitate cross-functional communication and ensure smooth operations across global and market stakeholders. Alongside strategic and project responsibilities the role also includes managing essential operational tasks such as MLR review coordination brand portal administration and compliance processes ensuring both impact and rigor in everything we deliver.
Key responsibility areas and core tasks:
Project Management & Execution Excellence
- Lead project activities in line with agreed objectives timelines and quality standards.
- Maintain project plans track milestones and ensure timely follow-up on action items.
- Support planning and documentation of TA-level meetings workshops and workstreams.
- Manage project trackers milestone overviews and the marketing wheel to drive execution consistency.
- Coordinate internal and external activities including workshops webinars and vendor interactions.
Operational Excellence & Process Support
- Prepare materials for internal updates status reports and leadership briefings.
- Maintain document repositories (e.g. SharePoint) ensuring structure and version control.
- Support budget tracking and vendor management documentation.
- Drive continuous improvement by refining TA-wide processes tools and best practices.
Stakeholder Engagement & Communication
- Serve as a central point of contact between allergen-specific programs and enabling functions (Medical Market Access Regulatory Commercial Excellence Digital Sales Excellence etc.)
- Ensure consistent communication and alignment across allergen tracks and markets.
- Capture and consolidate insights to inform TA strategy and portfolio priorities.
- Facilitate stakeholder engagement to secure alignment and support change initiative.
Administrative & Compliance Support
- Coordinate review and approval processes (e.g. MLR submissions) in line with internal standards and timelines.
- Manage brand portals repositories and other marketing platforms to ensure up-to-date and compliant content.
- Provide ad hoc administrative support to enable smooth operations across the TA team.
Your profile
Required Education & Background:
- Masters degree in Business Administration Marketing Life Sciences or a related field (Bachelors degree with substantial relevant experience may also be considered).
- Formal training or certification in project management (e.g. PMP PRINCE2 Agile) is a strong advantage.
- Experience in the pharmaceutical biotech or healthcare industry ideally in global or cross-market roles is preferred.
Required Skills & Competencies:
- Proven track record in managing complex projects preferably in a global marketing pharmaceutical or healthcare setting.
- Strong organizational and planning skills with the ability to drive structure consistency and timely execution.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills capable of working across functions geographies and seniority levels.
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail while maintaining a strategic overview.
- Proactive collaborative and adaptable with the ability to navigate a dynamic matrixed environment.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken); additional languages are an advantage.
