Experience & Skills Requirements:

Customer service experience
Veterinary customer service experience is preferred but not required
Excel in client satisfaction & compassion
Able to provide high-quality client care
Outstanding verbal communication skills
Friendly & outgoing
Thrive in a fast-paced environment
Responds to challenges positively
High School Diploma or equivalent AAS or higher preferred
At least 6 months of customer service experience
Veterinary hospital experience is preferred however not required
Organizationand tremendousattention to detailis a must
Must beable to multi-taskand manage time effectively

Role Responsibilities:

Greeting clients and their pets.
Showing care and empathy for every client and pet every day
Communicating via phone email and/ or in person with clients and actively listening to their concerns
Scheduling appointments maintaining client records processing client payments
Utilizing computer information system to accurately enter client/patient information record patient history and update and maintain medical records
Preparing invoices and processing payments

About the Hospital

At Thrive Pet Healthcare - Marietta we offer primary care services for cats and dogs in Marietta GA and the metro-Atlanta area. We provide wellness and preventive care surgery dental cleaning prophylaxis and extractions vaccines and diagnostic testing. We are proud to be a Fear Free practice.

We are open Monday Saturday 8:00am 6:00pm

Compensation negotiable based on credentials and experience with a hourly pay rate starting at $15 - $18 / hour. The actual rate offered will carefully consider a wide range of factors including your skills qualifications experience and location.
