Responsibilities:

As a Floater your day-to-day responsibilities would include supporting lead teachers in planning and implementing classroom activities supervising children to ensure safety assisting with personal care needs like diapering feeding and toileting maintaining a clean and engaging learning environment encouraging positive behaviors and documenting each childs daily experiences and developmental progress. Youll play an essential role in creating a nurturing inclusive space where every child is supported and celebrated.



Requirements
  • Classroom Engagement: Assist lead teachers in planning and implementing daily activities.
  • Child Supervision: Ensure the safety and well-being of all children through active monitoring.
  • Personal Care Support: Help with diapering toileting feeding and other care routines.
  • Environment Maintenance: Keep the classroom clean organized and inviting.
  • Behavior Guidance: Foster positive behavior using consistent routines and positive reinforcement.
  • Record-Keeping: Document childrens daily activities and developmental progress.
