As a Parts Helper youll be an essential member of our team assisting with all aspects of parts handling and organization including:
Receiving inspecting and organizing incoming parts deliveries.
Keeping shelves bins and storage areas neat clean and properly labeled.
Delivering parts to technicians and ensuring they have what they need for timely repairs.
Assisting with inventory counts and tracking parts usage.
Helping process parts returns documentation and data entry.
Supporting customer service needs and assisting with inquiries when needed.
Maintaining a safe and efficient workspace following all dealership safety standards.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and handle physical tasks throughout the day.
Basic computer skills and ability to learn dealership inventory systems.
Dependable hard-working and eager to learn.
Team player with great communication skills and a positive attitude.
Preferred:
Experience in an automotive parts department collision center or warehouse setting.
Basic knowledge of automotive parts and collision repair processes.
